Do not sell or share my personal information
Here is the position: a buyer of footage may pay us after we introduce you, and several state laws class that hand-over of your details as a sale. One email switches it off for good.
Sending the opt-out
The address is support@grubleads.com, and the subject line should read "Do not sell or share". Send it from, or quote, the email or phone number you gave on our form. No login and no explanation needed.
Each request is logged with its date. From then on your details go to no buyer, and an email confirming it should reach you within 15 business days, typically. You can opt out ahead of ever filling in the form, too: the request waits on file and covers anything you send afterwards.
Erasing what you sent
For deletion, email the same inbox and say so. Our privacy notice gives the holding period for each item we keep.
