What happens to the name, email, phone and library description sent via our form. Footage is outside its scope: none is ever sent here.

Sell Video Data to AI (sellvideodatatoai.com) is run by Joe Trewick trading as Grub Leads, which is responsible for your personal data. You can contact us at support@grubleads.com.
Sell Video Data to AI is a matching service. We do not do the work ourselves. We introduce you to a buyer, who pays us for the introduction.
Details the form gathers
When you use the quote form we collect:
- your name, phone number, email address and ZIP code
- the details you give about the job, such as size, use, budget and timing
- your IP address, the page you sent the form from, and the wording you agreed to
Reasons we use it
We use your details to find a buyer who can help with your request. We rely on your consent, which you give when you send the form.
We then contact you to tell you which firm we have found. We only pass your details to that firm after you tell us you are happy for us to. If we cannot find a firm within a reasonable time, we tell you and delete your request.
If you stop part way through the form, we keep what you entered so far for the same purpose, and delete it if the request is not completed.
We do not send you marketing, and we do not sell your details to anyone else.

Your details go to:
- the buyer we name to you, and only after you agree
- the companies that host this website and store our records for us, under contracts that protect your data
How long we hold it
We keep your name, phone number, email address and IP address for 12 months, then delete them. We keep a record of the request without those details, so we can count how many requests the site receives.
Asking to see, fix or delete your data
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email us and we will reply within 45 days.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first at support@grubleads.com.
Visit counting
We count visits with a privacy-friendly tool that does not use cookies or identify you. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Where our money comes from
Our income is referral fees. If a license follows one of our introductions, the buyer concerned may pay one to us. Footage owners are not charged, and the footage itself stays with you throughout: it is never sent to, kept by or viewed by us.
Rights under US state privacy laws
A footage buyer can pay us once we have introduced you, and some US state laws describe passing your details along in that situation as selling them. Refusing is open to you at any time, by writing to the address above or by following the opt-out link at the foot of this notice. Every refusal is dated in our records and acted on.
Some states also let residents find out what we hold about you, fix mistakes in it, have it wiped, and do all of that without being treated worse for asking. No targeted advertising uses your details. Children under 16 are not our audience and we do not knowingly gather anything about them.
Consent records
US calling and texting rules let people bring claims years after the event, so for five years we retain a record of your consent: which number you gave, when you agreed, the IP address used, the page URL and the precise wording accepted. Name and email still go once the retention period above ends.
